Reserve 1/4 cup of the boerewors relish and then heat the rest while the boerewors is on the braai.

Assemble by adding some of the relish to the buttered roll, followed by caramelised onions and then the boerewors. Top with crispy onions as an onion extra.
Assemble by adding some of the relish to the buttered roll. Add some slices of buffalo mozzarella, optionally place under the grill if you prefer the cheese melted. Top with boerewors and marinated peppers. Garnish with chopped basil.
Mix ¼ cup boerewors relish with ¼ cup of mayonnaise, 2 tbsp mustard, 2 tbsp finely diced pickles and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Place boerewors on buttered roll and top with the prepared relish sauce. Garnish with sliced pickles and fried onions.
