Ingredients (3)

1/4 watermelon — de-seeded, cut in blocks and frozen
handful fresh mint leaves
1 lemon — juiced, to taste

Method:

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until desired slushy consistency. Depending on your blender, you may need to take the watermelon out of the freezer 20min before blending to soften, for an easier blend.
Scoop into glasses, garnish with fresh mint and another squeeze of lemon if desired. Sit back and enjoy!
