Partner content with Lamb and Mutton SA
|1 tsp||garlic powder|
|1 tsp||steak and chop spice|
|1 tsp||ground ginger|
|1/2 tsp||black pepper|
|1 tsp||mixed herbs|
|3 tbsp||olive oil|
|1/2 cup||pineapple juice|
|2 tbsp||fresh ginger — minced|
|1 tbsp||soy sauce|
Combine spices to make a spice rub. Generously rub on the lamb chops and drizzle with the olive oil.
Heat a pan and seal the lamb chops for 3–5 minutes on each side, then set aside.
To make the glaze, combine all ingredients and use to coat the cooked lamb chops.
