Beef and cashew nut stir-fry

Ingredients (6)

800 - 900 g beef — strips
80 ml oil
900 ml stir-fry packs
1 royco — Cape Malay Curry Cook-in-Sauce
60 ml cashew nuts — roasted and chopped
40 ml fresh coriander

Method:

Brown the beef strips in batches in a little hot oil, set aside.

Stir-fry the vegetables in a little more oil for 3-4 mins.

Add the beef and the contents of the ROYCO® Cape Malay Curry Cook-in-Sauce, and stir-fry for 1 min.

Add the cashew nuts and serve garnished with coriander leaves. Enjoy!
