|2 tbsp||olive oil|
|1 tbsp||fresh rosemary — chopped|
|1 tbsp||Hinds Spices Steak & Chops Spice|
|2||garlic cloves — peeled and grated|
|8||lamb loin chops|
|1||red pepper — deseeded and cut into large chunks|
|4||baby marrow — cut into large chunks|
|1||red onion — cut into quarters|
|1 tbsp||olive oil|
|1 tbsp||Hinds Spices Mixed Herbs|
|salt and black pepper — to season|
Mix together the olive oil, rosemary, Hinds Spices Steak & Chops Spice and garlic. Pour the marinade over the chops and set aside for 10 minutes.
On a kebab stick, skewer red pepper, baby marrow, cherry tomato, patty pan and red onion. Repeat this process. Drizzle over olive oil and sprinkle over Hinds Spices Mixed Herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
Make a braai, and braai the lamb chops and veg skewers over a medium heat for 20 minutes. Turning every 5 minutes.
