|250 g||haloumi cheese|
|250 g||brown mushrooms|
|250 g||button mushrooms|
|3 tbsp||olive oil|
|2 tbsp||Hinds Spices Mixed Herbs|
|salt and black pepper|
Cut the haloumi into cubes and the mushrooms in half. Skewer onto a kebab stick, alternating the mushroom and haloumi.
Drizzle over the olive oil, and sprinkle over Hinds Spices Mixed Herbs. Season the skewers with salt and pepper.
Make a hot fire, and braai the skewers over a medium heat for 5-10 minutes, until cooked through. Enjoy with a side salad.
Soak the skewers in water before assembling to keep them for burning.
