Creamy vegetarian pasta perfect for any meat-free meal.
|2 tbsp||olive oil|
|6||Medium Plant Based Sausages|
|1||onion — finely chopped|
|4||garlic cloves — crushed|
|1 tsp||dried oregano|
|1 tsp||dried thyme|
|1 tsp||smoked paprika|
|1 tsp||taco spice mix — optional|
|1||vegetable stock pot|
|1 tbsp||cream cheese|
Cook your favourite pasta according to the package instructions.
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and fry the sausages until lightly browned. Set aside.
In the same pan sauté onion and mushrooms for about 2 min (you can add the remaining olive oil if required).
Stir in crushed garlic, red pepper, spices and herbs and a little bit of water, cook for 1 minute.
Stir in cream cheese and cream, let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Add in the cooked pasta and simmer for another 3 minutes.
