Ingredients (3)

1 croissant
chocolate chip cookie dough — enough to make about four cookie dough balls
icing sugar — optional, for dusting

Method:

Cut a croissant in half and stuff with choc chip cookie dough.

Close the croissant and top with more choc chip cookie dough.

Bake until the cookie dough is just golden and crisp, the cookie dough in the middle should be nice and gooey still.

Dust with icing sugar and eat immediately.
