Puréed carrots with tahini and nutmeg
|1/4 tsp||ground nutmeg|
|1/2–1 cup||milk — or water|
Peel and cut carrots into chunks.
Steam carrots in 1 cup of water until very soft. Reserve the carrot water.
Purée the carrots with the nutmeg and tahini.
Add milk or the carrot water until a smooth consistency.
