Ingredients (9)

100 ml oil
500 g onion — chopped
2 green peppers — chopped
4 chillies — thinly sliced
4 garlic cloves — finely chopped
1 tin chopped tomatoes
3 tins Glenryck Pilchards in Six Gun Grill Seasoned Sauce
puff pastry
3 eggs — beaten

Method:

Heat the oil in a pot. Add the onions, green pepper and chillies and fry until golden brown. Now add the garlic. Cook for 1 minute.

Add the tomatoes simmer on medium heat for 10 – 15 minutes.

Add the Glenryck Pilchards in Six Gun Grill Seasoned Sauce simmer for 5 minutes.

Unroll the puff pastry onto a working surface. Spread the mixture over the pastry.

Roll the pastry up, starting from the bottom to form a Swiss roll form.

Cut finger size slices from the roll.

Lay the slices onto a baking tray. Brush with the beaten egg and bake at 180°C for 15 – 20 minutes.
