Magwinya ready in a matter of moments!
|3 cup||self-raising flour|
|1 1/2 cup||milk — warm|
|3 tbsp||white sugar|
|1 tbsp||oil — plus extra, to deep-fry|
Mix all the ingredients together then knead the dough until soft and not sticky.
Apply some water or oil to your hands and roll the dough into balls.
Once the oil is hot, lower the heat and deep-fry on a medium heat until gold, crispy and cooked through.
Pat dry any excess oil and serve warm with savoury mince or cheese.
