Hake, sweet potato and coconut cream

Mashed sweet potato seasoned with butter, coconut cream and cinnamon, served with pan-fried hake – a meal little tummies are sure to love!

Ingredients (5)

100 g hake fillet
1 sweet potato
1 tbsp coconut cream
1 tbsp butter
1/4 tbsp ground cinnamon

Method:

Peel and chop the sweet potato into 1-inch chunks.

Boil for 15–20 minutes or until soft.

Remove the sweet potato from the water and mash with the coconut cream, butter and cinnamon.

Heat some oil in a pan and fry the hake fillet on medium to high heat for about 5 minutes or until fully cooked.

Flake the fish and serve with the sweet potato mash or coarsely purée together.
