Ingredients (8)

225 g butter
250 g 811 Callebaut Milk Chocolate
285 g sugar
4 eggs
10 g vanilla extract
340 g flour
40 g cocoa powder
380 g Callebaut W8 Chocolate Callets

Method:

Melt butter and 811 (dark) chocolate together. Then set aside.

Whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla. Mixing for 1 min on high speed.

Add in the melted chocolate/butter mix.

Mix in flour and Callebaut W2 Chocolate Callets.

Spread in a lined baking tray 60x40cms.

Bake at 160°C for 25 min.

Cut into 6cm x 4cm rectangles.

Serve as desired.
