Whip out those sombreros and double up on tequila shots, it's fiesta time! Throwing a Mexican-style evening is easy, the food is delicious and simple to make and authentic Mexican cuisine offers something for everyone.

It is known for intense flavours, unique spicing, tomatoes, chillies and garlic.

The most popular Mexican dishes include salsa; quesadillas; tacos; enchiladas; burritos; fajitas; tostadas; and guacamole.

Tomato soup - A very important dish on any mexican table.

Frijoles refritos
- Delicious refried beans.

Mixed tostados - A variation of the Mexican tortilla.

Chicken, corn and spinach quesadillas - A super easy meal that will have you running back for more.
