Ingredients (11)

60 ml cake flour
2.5 ml Robertson's baking powder
30 ml cocoa powder
15 ml instant espresso coffee powder
60 ml icing sugar
1 eggs
45 ml milk
45 ml vegetable oil
5 ml vanilla extract
45 ml chocolate chips
TO SERVE:
1 scoop of ice cream or custard

Method:

1. In a 300ml microwaveable bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, coffee powder, icing sugar, egg, milk, oil, vanilla and chocolate chips. Beat well with a whisk until smooth and blended. Microwave on high power  for 90 seconds.

2. Top with a scoop of ice cream or custard (or both) to serve.
