|2.5 ml||Robertson's baking powder|
|30 ml||cocoa powder|
|15 ml||instant espresso coffee powder|
|60 ml||icing sugar|
|45 ml||vegetable oil|
|5 ml||vanilla extract|
|45 ml||chocolate chips|
|1||scoop of ice cream or custard|
1. In a 300ml microwaveable bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, coffee powder, icing sugar, egg, milk, oil, vanilla and chocolate chips. Beat well with a whisk until smooth and blended. Microwave on high power for 90 seconds.
2. Top with a scoop of ice cream or custard (or both) to serve.
