WATCH: How to make hot cross bun gin
|1/2 tsp||whole cloves|
|1||vanilla pod — split down the middle|
|3 tbsp||dried fruit mix — raisins, sultanas and candied fruit peel|
|500 ml||London dry gin|
Put all the ingredients together in a sterilised jar and allow to infuse in a dry dark place.
Allow to infuse for a minimum of 3 days. The longer you allow it to infuse the more intense the spiced gin will become.
Serve with ice and cold ginger ale, garnished with a cinnamon stick and enjoy!
