It's time for a boozy twist on this isolation food trend.

Ingredients (6)

2 tbsp instant coffee
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp water
1 shot cream liqueur — or any alcohol of your choice
coffee ice blocks — to serve
milk — to serve

Method:

Whip the instant coffee, sugar and water together until light and fluffy.

Serve on coffee ice blocks (or normal ice blocks) with the cream liqueur and milk. Top with the whipped coffee.
