Vegan strawberry mousse
|1/2 cup||coconut oil — melted|
|1/2 cup||coconut cream|
|2||bananas — large, ripe|
|1 tsp||Robertson's vanilla essence|
|1/4 tsp||sea salt|
Place all the ingredients in your food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
Chill for 1 hour in the fridge and enjoy!
