Vegan strawberry mousse

Antioxidant-rich strawberries coupled with some decadent coconut cream makes for a delicious vegan alternative to traditional mousse.

Ingredients (8)

1/2 cup coconut oil — melted
1/2 cup coconut cream
2 bananas — large, ripe
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1/4 tsp sea salt
12 strawberries
1 avocado
1 maple syrup

Place all the ingredients in your food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.

Chill for 1 hour in the fridge and enjoy!
