Ingredients (14)

1 tomahawk steak — large enough to serve 2
1 cup butter — softened
1/2 lemon — juiced
2 garlic cloves — finely minced
1 small onion — finely chopped
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp horseradish
1 drizzle hot honey
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/4 tbsp paprika
fresh mint — finely chopped, to taste
fresh parsley — finely chopped, to taste
fresh thyme — finely chopped, to taste
salt and black pepper — to taste

Prepare tomahawk steak to your preference and braai over hot coals.

In a small bowl, combine butter, lemon juice, garlic, onion, mustard, horseradish, sauce, honey and paprika. Whisk to combine. Stir in parsley, mint and thyme and season with salt and pepper.

Serve with meat hot off the braai.
