Ingredients (5)

50 ml bourbon — chargrilled peach-infused
25 ml lemon juice
25 ml peach — pureed
12.5 ml sugar syrup — made at a 1:1 ratio
7 ml bitters — or two dashes

Method:

Add ingredients to jam jar with ice. Shake with lid on, then top with ice and soda or ginger ale.
