Ingredients (5)

1/2 cup milk — or water
2 tbsp oat flour
1 pear — mashed
2 tbsp coconut milk — or coconut cream
2 tbsp desiccated coconut

Method:

Bring the milk (or water) to a simmer in a small saucepan.

Add the rest of the ingredients and stir for about 2 minutes or until the milk has been absorbed and the porridge (oatmeal) is heated through.
