Ingredients (9)

1 large carrot — peeled
375 ml Rhodes Quality Orange 100% Fruit Juice Blend — chilled
250 ml plain yoghurt
3 - 4 dates — pitted
2.5 ml ground cinnamon
2.5 ml ground turmeric
5 ml fresh ginger — grated
5 ml chia seeds
honey — to taste

Method:

Place the carrot, Rhodes Quality Orange juice, yoghurt and dates into a blender.

Process until smooth.

Add the spices and ginger and pulse again.

Stir in the chia seeds and honey to taste.

Serve and enjoy.
