|1 kg||sausages — pork, fresh or smoked|
|1-2 Tbs||mustard — seeds|
|black pepper — freshly ground|
|lemon — juice|
Preheat oven to 180 C.
Place all the sausages on the baking sheet and
drizzle with the honey, mustard seeds and all the other ingredients.
Roast the sausages until they are golden brown and cooked.
Place on a
platter with roasted onion dip and see how fast they can disappear
