Creamy basil mushrooms

|2||garlic cloves — minced|
|250 g||mushrooms — white or brown, sliced|
|1/2 tsp||dried Italian herbs|
|1/3 cup||fresh basil|
|1/3 cup||fresh cream|
|1 tbsp||parmesan cheese — grated|
|1 tbsp||lemon juice|

Heat the butter in a large pan. Add the onion and sauté until translucent. Add the garlic and fry for one minute.
Add the mushrooms, Italian herbs and basil. Fry until the mushrooms are slightly caramelised.
Add the cream. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for one minute.
Add the Parmesan and drizzle the lemon juice over.
Serve hot, garnished with more fresh basil and Parmesan.
