Easy 3-ingredient chocolate clusters that make delicious lunch box fillers or salty-sweet chocolate snacks.

Ingredients (3)

300 g peanuts — roasted and salted
400 g milk chocolate — or dark chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil

Method:

Line a pan with 12 cupcake liners and set it aside.

Add the coconut oil to the chocolate and microwave at 30-second intervals until melted, be sure to stir in between.

Add the nuts to the melted chocolate. Mix until the nuts are coated.

Place 2 tablespoons of the mixture into each cupcake liner, and place in the freezer for 15 minutes or until set.

Once set, remove from the cupcake liners and store in an airtight container.
