The perfect fruity sweet salad to add to your celebratory Eid table.

Ingredients (16)

Salad ingredients
150 g carrots — julienned
1/2 cucumber — julienned
250 g mango — julienned
250 g pineapple — cubed
1 red pepper — julienned
1 green pepper — julienned
150 g baby spinach
Dressing ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup yoghurt
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
1 tsp black pepper — crushed
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice

Method:

In a large bowl, mix all the salad ingredients together and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients together and then pour over the prepared salad.
Mix the dressing into the salad until everything is well coated.
Garnish with pomegranate seeds and lots of China fruit (dried red and brown papaya) and dried lemon slices.
Serve and enjoy.
