Chargrilled rosa tomatoes with salmon rosettes and cream cheese

|1 cup||rosa tomatoes|
|salt and black pepper|
|2||garlic cloves — finely chopped|
|smoked salmon — folded into ribbons|
|fresh basil — to garnish|

In a hot pan add the olive oil and garlic followed by your Rosa tomatoes. The tomatoes should stick a little to the pan to get the charred effect. Cook the tomatoes for about 7- 10 minutes add the herbs and balsamic.
Allow to cool before assembling
Choose your favourite savoury cackers.
Spread cream cheese on the one side and spread the tomato mixture on the other.
Place the salmon rosette in the centre. Garnish with basil and enjoy.
