Ingredients (29)

4 slices of smoked salmon
1 cup blueberries
8 cherry tomatoes
3 sprigs of chives
2 sprigs of dill
1 leek
1 lemon — zested
3 fresh mint leaves
1 Persian cucumbers
4 radishes
4 strawberries
2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
3 tbsp smooth apricot jam
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp basil pesto
3 tbsp honey
maldon salt
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
A handful of hazelnuts — toasted
1 baguette
1 tbsp butter
ricotta cheese
cream cheese
2 tbsp Pesto Princess Sundried Tomato Pesto
2 tbsp olive tapenade
beef steak — cooked and sliced
1 red onion — sliced
brie cheese — sliced
2 figs

Method:

This is super easy – anything goes! Slice, butter and lightly toast the baguette and then add your favourite toppings. Here are some ideas:

Malfy Gin

  • Spread cream cheese, sundried tomato pesto and basil pesto on the bread. Add a slice of salmon and garnish with some dill.
  • Spread olive tapenade on the bread. Add a slice of cooked beef. Garnish with sliced red onion and a dollop of basil pesto.
  • Place a slice of Brie on the bread and melt with a blowtorch. Top with sliced fig and drizzle with apricot jam.

Serve your bruschetta board with your favourite Malfy gin cocktails.
