|1 cup||kiwi fruit — chopped|
|1 cup||pineapple — or mango, chopped|
|1 cup||melon — chopped|
|1 cup||raspberries — or strawberries|
|750 ml||Amarula Vanilla Spice — chilled|
|5x30 ml||apple juice|
Choose two tall glasses. Place in freezer for 30 minutes.
Place a few select berries in the freezer for garnishing.
Roughly chop the fruits that are large.
Place each fruit into separate bowls & chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Measure 60mls of well-chilled Amarula Vanilla Spice and add to each bowl of chilled fruit.
Measure 30mls of juice into each bowl of fruit.
Using a stick blender, blend each fruit mixture into a smoothie.
Make the textures similar by adding more or less juice.
Ensure the smoothies are chilled before using.
Layer the smoothies into the chilled glass by pouring over the back of a spoon to maintain the layers.
Chill between layers if desired.
Garnish with extra frozen fruits, mint and flowers.
