Fry's popcorn-style pops done simply in the air-fryer and then seasoned with a flavour-packed ranch-style seasoning mix and served with two sauces perfecting for dipping!

Ingredients (18)

2 boxes Fry’s Popcorn
microherbs — optional, to garnish
limes — cut into wedges
Ranch-style seasoning
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tbsp dried onion flakes
1 tbsp dried chives
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tbsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
Peri-naise
1-2 tbsp peri-peri sauce
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 lime — juiced
Cheese dipper
1 cup cheddar cheese — grated
1/2 tsp cornflour
1/2 cup milk
salt — season to taste
1/8 tsp paprika

Method:

Stir together the peri peri sauce and mayonnaise, then squeeze in the lime.

Stir together the spices and dried herbs.

To make the cheesy dipper – stir together the milk and cornflour over a low heat until the sauce thickens, then add the cheese and paprika and salt.

Oven bake or air fry the pops until crispy.

Toss in the ranch spice and then serve on a platter with the cheesy dipper and peri-naise dipper.

Garnish with lime wedges and micro herbs.
