Method:

Melt the white chocolate in the microwave using a microwave-safe bowl.

Place in the microwave for 30 second bursts, stirring in between, until fully melted.

To make the oreo bat pops, twist the sandwiched Oreo cookie to split them; you will have one wafer with cream filling and one without.

To make one Oreo lollipop, you will need two biscuits with cream filling, and one biscuit without.

Use a small serrated knife to cut the chocolate biscuit without the cream filling into two-halves.

Place the half-biscuits and lollipop stick on the cream filling of one oreo and drizzle chocolate over. Press the other wafer with cream filling on top.

Add two small dots of white chocolate next to the “Oreo” logo on the biscuits and place the candy eyes on top of them.

Pour leftover white chocolate into a piping bag and pipe two triangles just underneath the “Oreo” print, to form the bat teeth.

TIP: If the cream filling in the oreo is too stiff to twist off, microwave the Oreos for 3 seconds to soften.
