Choc nut energy balls

Ingredients (10)

1/4 cup almonds — raw
1/4 cup cashew nuts — raw
150 g dates — pitted
1 Tbs oats — rolled
1 Tbs desiccated coconut
1 Tbs pumpkin seeds
1 tsp cacao
1/2 tsp cinnamon — ground
2 Tbs sugar free peanut butter
1 1/2 Tbs honey — raw

Method:

Pop the almonds and cashews in a food processor and blitz for a few seconds until finely chopped.

Add the remaining ingredients to the food processor and blitz until everything is combined and you have a thick paste.

Roll teaspoonfuls of the mixture into balls. Arrange the balls on a small baking tray and pop them in the fridge to firm up.

Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
