|1 tsp||Robertson's baking powder|
|3/4 cup||brown sugar|
|1 tsp||vanilla extract|
|1/2 cup||dark chocolate chips|
Preheat an oven to 180C.
Sift the cake flour, baking powder and corn starch together.
Mash the banana.
Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add in the vanilla extract and banana.
Fold in the sifted dry ingredients. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Refrigerate the dough for 30 mins.
On a lined baking sheet, scoop out the batter into portions.
Bake for 12-15 min. Allow them to cool completely before eating.
