|250 g||tapioca flour|
|3 - 4||eggs|
|1 cup||cheese — grated|
Preheat an oven to180 C.
Bring the milk and oil to a boil in a medium sauce pan.
Remove from the heat, add in the tapioca flour and beat with a wooden spoon until the mixture is smooth.
Add a pinch of salt
Transfer the mixture to a stand mixer and then beat in the egg, gradually add the cheese and continue to beat until the mixture is smooth.
Oil your hands and then roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 12 min or until golden.
