In a large mixing bowl, combine the amasi and condensed milk. Mix well and pour into a zip-lock freezer bag. Lay the freezer bag flat on a baking tray and place in the freezer for 6 – 8 hours or overnight.
Remove the amasi mixture from the freezer bag and place into a good quality food processor. Blend until you achieve a thick and creamy texture. Scoop into bowls and serve straight away. Garnish with crumbled Flake chocolate and a sprig of mint.
