|150 g||sugar snap peas|
|300 g||green beans — topped and tailed|
|350 g||courgettes — thinly sliced|
|2 cup||peas — baby|
|200 g||asparagus — tips|
|1 cup||feta cheese — crumbled|
|5 Tbs||fresh chillies — 573|
|5 Tbs||lemon juice|
|1 tsp||garlic — cloves, crushed|
|1 tsp||Dijon mustard|
|2||chillies — finely chopped|
|salt and freshly ground black pepper|
Steam all the vegetables until slightly tender. You want them to still be bright green and quite firm.
Combine the steamed veg with the feta cheese.
Mix together all the dressing ingredients and pour over the salad.
Toss to combine and serve warm.
