Waffles with Mascarpone

|1||luxury truffle ganache|
|125 ml||mascarpone cheese|
|2 cup||mixed berries — frozen|
Defrost waffles and cut them into small portions using a cookie cutter. Heat according to packet instructions.
Beat ganache and Mascarpone together until smooth.
Pile mixture onto hot waffles, top with berries and serve.
