Very vanilla Halloween cupcakes
|1 1/4 cup||flour|
|1||Robertson's baking powder|
|150 g||butter — salted|
|3/4 cup||castor sugar|
|1/2 cup||butter — salted|
|2 cup||icing sugar|
|2||vanilla — paste|
|sweets — candy corn or sprinkles|
Preheat oven to 175 °C.
Cream together sugar and butter.
Add vanilla and then eggs one at a time beating into the butter and sugar mixture.
In a separate bowl mix together flour and baking powder.
Slowly add the flour mixture to the ‘wet’ mixture until smooth.
Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
Let cool before icing.
Mix the icing sugar, butter, and vanilla with a fork until smooth and thick.
Add milk slowly and whip together.
Add icing with either a spoon or decorating tool.
On top of the icing add bits of candy delicately.
