Tuna, apple and pomegranate salad

Ingredients (9)

200 g mixed leaf salad
2 red apples — thinly julienned with skin on
6 strawberries — quartered
170 g tuna — tinned in oil, drained
125 ml pomegranate rubies
65 ml fresh chillies — 573
65 ml vinegar — red wine
15 ml wholegrain mustard
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Arrange salad green on a serving platter, top with strawberries, apple
strips, flake tuna and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.

Mix together the vinaigrette ingredients.

Drizzle over the salad just before serving.

With the used Asian Mix Salad, it has an interesting mix of lettuce
leaves and herbs.
