Sandwiching mozzarella between two tortillas creates a crispy base, perfect for topping with sliced avocado. Dive into a delicious twist on a pizza, that's quick, easy and satisfying!

Ingredients (9)

2 tortilla wraps
avocado oil — to sprtiz
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese — grated and divided
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/4 cup cheddar cheese — grated
1/2 ripe avocado — sliced
pickled jalapeños — sliced
sea salt — to season

Method:

Start with one tortilla and evenly spritz some avocado oil on one side of the wrap. Place the oiled side flat in the air-fryer or on a baking sheet. Spread the sweet chilli sauce evenly over the wrap. Sprinkle with ¼ cup of the mozzarella cheese.

Top with the other wrap and spread the tomato paste evenly over the wrap. Sprinkle with the remaining ¼ cup mozzarella and cheddar cheese. If you are adding any optional toppings, add them now if they require any cooking.

Air-fry at 180°C for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the wraps are nicely golden and crisp. Alternatively, bake at 200°C for 8-10 minutes.

Optional toppings: crispy bacon, pepperoni, sliced chicken, ham, artichokes, pineapple
