|5.00 ml||mustard — powder|
|5.00 ml||chilli paste|
|salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste|
|15.00 ml||fresh coriander — finely chopped|
Blend all ingredients.
Place fish fillets in a dish and smooth over paste on both sides of fish. Marinate for 10 to 15 minutes before grilling (see grilled linefish recipe).
