Tasty spaghetti

Ingredients (7)

500.00 g pasta — spaghetti
oil — for frying
8.00 sausages — pork
2.00 onion — finely chopped
6.00 carrots — peeled, julienned
410.00 g tomatoes — Indian-style
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Cook the spaghetti in rapidly boiling salted water until just tender. Drain and set aside.
Heat the oil in a heavy-based pan and fry the sausages until brown. Remove, cut into slices and set aside. Fry the onions until tender, add the carrots and stir-fry until just tender, but still crisp.
Add the sausages and tomatoes and simmer until heated through. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve with the spaghetti.
Serves 4-6.
