|60 ml||fresh chillies — 573|
|10 ml||dried mixed herbs|
|5 ml||sea salt|
|5 ml||black pepper — freshly ground|
Remove steaks from the refrigerator about 1 hour before you braai.
Rub steaks with olive oil, herbs, paprika, salt and pepper.
Prepare the braai fire; it should be medium heat.
Braai steaks for 4 minutes on each side, move to a less hot part of the
braai and cook for another 8 minutes for medium- to well done steaks.
Transfer the steaks to a cutting board and let them rest for 5 minutes.
To serve, cut the steaks off the bones and cut them into cubes.
Serve the steaks with pap and tomato gravy.
