Ingredients (15)

1 l water
1 cup almond milk
1 bananas — large
3 Tbs honey — or agave or maple syrup or dates
1/2 tsp cinnamon — ground
1 vanilla — pod
5 brazil nuts
1 Tbs hemp protein powder
1 goji berries — handful
1 Tbs maca powder
1 Tbs green powder
3 Tbs cacao powder
1 salt — Himalayan rock, pinch
aloe ferox — fresh wedge
1-2 Tbs coconut oil

Method:

Blend everything in a blender. Pour into a flask and enjoy throughout the day.
