Remove both ends of the loaf and hollow it out, leaving a crust about 1,5 cm thick all round.
Place the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.
Spoon the filling into the hollowed-out loaf. Wrap tightly in clingfilm and chill.
To serve, unwrap the loaf, slice and arrange on a serving platter.
Serve with a spoonful of red onion marmalade.
