|1||tomato — large, deseeded, chopped|
|1/2||pineapple — diced|
|2||red chillies — chopped|
|150 g||watermelon — diced|
|fresh coriander — handful, chopped|
|salt and freshly ground black pepper|
|30 ml||vinegar — apple cider|
|bread — baguette|
|230 g||cream cheese — chive flavoured|
Toss all the salsa ingredients together.
Whisk the sugar with the vinegar until the sugar has dissolved.
Pour over the salsa and mix lightly.
3 TO SERVE
Season the steak with salt and pepper and fry in a hot pan for 5 minutes a side.
4 Slice the bread and spread some of the cream cheese on each slice.
Cut the steak into thin strips and pack on top of the cream cheese.
Spoon a little of the salsa on top and serve.
