|4||steak — rump kebabs|
|1 cup||tomato sauce|
|1 cup||chutney — fruit|
|lemon — juice only|
|1/2 tsp||dried chilli flakes|
|1/2 tsp||dried oregano|
|1 tsp||mustard — powder|
|1 tsp||curry powder — medium|
|salt and freshly ground black pepper|
First off, in a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients for the marinade and mix well. Marinade the sosaties in a plastic bowl with a lid, overnight or for at least 1 hour.
Braai or grill for a few minutes on each side.
Serve with a fresh micro herb and radish salad and baked potato with sour cream.
