Spaghetti bolognaise

Ingredients (12)

500.00 g pasta — spaghetti, uncooked
2.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
1.00 kg turkey mince
4.00 tomatoes — large, peeled and chopped
70.00 g tomato paste
10.00 ml sugar
5.00 ml salt
80.00 ml chutney
20.00 ml Worcestershire sauce
10.00 ml flavour enhancer
125.00 g bacon — finely chopped, fried
125.00 ml tomato sauce

Cook the spaghetti in rapidly boiling salted water until just soft.
Drain well and spoon onto a serving platter.
Sauté the garlic in a little oil and add the turkey mince a little at a time. Fry until done.
Add the remaining ingredients. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Spoon over the spaghetti or serve separately.
