Smoking in Manhattan
|25 ml||martini rosso|
|12.5 ml||cherry liqueur|
|12.5 ml||bitters — Johnny’s orange, grapefruit, cinnamon and agave|
Place 30g of loose Lapsang Souching tea leaves in a 750ml bottle of Talisker.
Infuse for 24 hours.
Proceed to fine strain and place back into the bottle.
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice.
Stir and strain.
