Ingredients (4)

250.00 g almonds — whole, blanched
5.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
5.00 ml smoked spanish paprika
7.00 ml sea salt

Method:

Preheat the oven to 150°C and place almonds on a baking tray. Roast for about 25 minutes, or until golden. Toss in olive oil, smoked Spanish paprika and sea salt. Return to the oven for a few minutes, and cool before serving.
